BIOGRAPHY
Heather is a 6-time Emmy Award winner for her work on the CBS daytime drama The Bold and the Beautiful. She’s directed over 40 episodes of the show and in 2018, was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series Directing Team.
That same year, Heather was one of four accepted into the 2018-2019 CBS Directors Initiative, and she soon landed her first prime time directing job on the groundbreaking series for Freeform, Good Trouble. She followed that up with her first of six episodes of Dynasty for the CW.
As a film director, her award-winning shorts Serenity (Best Actor, Vince Nappo LA Shorts), and Bigfoot’s Love Slave (Best Music Video, LA Comedy Festival), have played numerous films festivals across the globe — including Festival de Cannes, Santa Barbara International Film Festival, Cinequest, Vail, Cleveland, Florida, Omaha, Boston, LA Shorts Fest, HollyShorts, LA Comedy Festival, Canberra, Pittsburgh, and more.
In addition to directing for The Bold and the Beautiful, Heather joined the writing team in 2024, and has since turned in dozens of scripts. To celebrate her 35th year in daytime television she made history by writing, directing and acting in a single episode.
Heather’s mantra is work begets work, which means creating your own content. To that end, she is currently developing a feature film adapted from the best selling young adult novel, What I Carry by Jennifer Longo, and a pilot, The Women Winchester, based on Amanda Lee’s popular amazon franchise, The Wicked Witches of the Midwest.
